About our content
Editorial Standards
Every guide in Career Resources is written and maintained by the ZenXCV Editorial Team. This page explains how we create content, how AI is used, and how we keep it accurate.

Articles are credited to the ZenXCV Editorial Team rather than to named individuals. We do not invent author names, job titles or credentials, and we do not publish fictional testimonials or success stories.
What every article must do
- Answer a real question that job seekers ask
- Give practical steps and worked examples, not generic advice
- Use clear headings so readers can find the answer quickly
- Explain limitations honestly, for example that no tool can guarantee an interview
- Link to the relevant ZenXCV tool only where it genuinely helps the next step
Accuracy and sources
We base guidance on widely accepted hiring practice and on how our own tools work. Where a claim depends on an outside fact, we link to a credible source such as a government portal or a university career service. Examples in articles, such as sample resumes and cover letters, are illustrative and fictional unless stated otherwise.
How we use AI
We may use AI tools to help outline or edit drafts, but every article is reviewed, fact-checked and edited by the team before it is published. We do not mass-produce articles or publish unreviewed AI text.
Inside the product, ZenXCV's AI features work only from the information you provide and suggest changes for you to approve. They are designed not to invent experience, qualifications or achievements.
Updates and corrections
Each article shows the date it was last updated. We review guides when hiring practices or our tools change. If you spot an error, please tell us through the contact page and we will review and correct it.
Independence
We do not accept payment to include or rank products in our guides. Where we mention ZenXCV features, we describe what they actually do, including what they cannot do.
