If an AI analysis fails and cannot be completed after retrying, contact support for a credit or refund.
Single Job purchases are refundable within 7 days if no AI analysis has been completed.
Pro Monthly can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
